PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION OFFER KNOWN AS "IDEA ROAMING PROMO". BY PROCEEDING WITH REGISTRATION AND USE OF "IDEA ROAMING PROMO"., YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS. This Offer is partly sponsored by Travel Port Ltd. 311 A/B, Shalimar Morya Park, New Link Rd., Andheri (W), Mumbai - 53 (hereinafter referred to as "Travel Port") in association with Idea Cellular Limited who is part sponsor of this Promotion offer , a company having its registered office at Suman Tower, Plot No. 18, Sector - 11, Gandhinagar - 382 011 and Corporate Office at 5th Floor, Windsor, Off CST Road, Kalina, Santacruz (E), Mumbai-400098 (hereinafter referred to "Idea") .
	This Offer is valid only for existing category of active Subscribers who fulfill the following criteria: The participant must be above 18 years of age. He must be a citizen of India. He must not have any criminal record nor be of an unsound mind and has a firm contractual capacity.
	Each participant who goes on Roaming in the specified time period is eligible for winning. National Outroamers who are having a minimum outgoing usage of 50 minutes (while on roaming only ) are eligible and International Outroamers having a minimum outgoing usage of 20 minutes (while on roaming only )are eligible

The Offer is applicable only to Roaming Subscribers
Sponsorship Details of the Prizes
	A total of 20 couples passes to the 56th FilmFare Awards-South will be given away to 20 highest scorers as on 15th July 2009 as the gratification in this contest. The prizes will be allotted as follows: Andhra Pradesh Circle- 2 passes. Kerala Circle- 2 passes. Karnataka Circle- 2 passes. Rest of India- 14 passes. The highest scorer at the end of the contest period will win a Mobile phone worth Rs.10000/-. The next 2 highest scorers will win a Mobile Phone worth Rs 5000/- each. And the next 2 highest scorers will win an Ipod Shuffle each worth approximately Rs 2,500 each.
Criteria for winning
	The Prize of 4 Ticket for 28th January 2010 Match sponsored by Idea , 4 Return Economy Class Tickets with 2 Nights / 3 Days stay in a 4 star Hotel in Dhaka (with breakfast only) sponsored by Travel Port and The Prize of 4 Holiday Vouchers for 3 Day / 2 Night stay in a 4 star hotel in Goa sponsored by Travel Port. The Prize of 250 Idea Goodies is sponsored by Idea
Criteria for winning
	Winners will be selected on the basis of highest outgoing usage while on roaming with the eligibility criteria listed above
	In the event of a tie: In the event of a tie in usage between two or more participants the winner will be decided through a random system generated process which shall be scrutinized by an independent audit mechanism. No subscriber shall be eligible to win the same prize twice. Also, No subscriber shall be eligible to win 2 prizes
	All the prize(s) must be claimed within 2 Days of receiving the intimation from Idea failing which Idea reserves the right to forfeit the same.All the tour tickets will be available ex. Mumbai and any cost incurred for Rewarding from other location to Mumbai will be managed by the subscriber
	Charges: Normal Roaming rates for National and International Roaming
	This Offer is being made purely on a "best effort" basis and participation of eligible subscribers is voluntary
	Subscriber shall directly contact Idea regarding any queries / complaints
	Travel Port will arrange for the winner’s prizes as specified above
	The Subscriber hereby understands and agrees that Idea’s responsibility in the Offer is limited to providing IDEA CUP 2010 tickets and Idea Goodies to the winners of the contest
	This offer is valid only for this IDEA ROAMING PROMO
	Visas for the lucky winners who win a trip will have to be paid by winners
	None of the package mentioned herein is enchashable
	The Subscriber hereby understands and gives his/ her irrevocable consent for personal information relating to the Subscriber to be exchanged with Travel Port
	Idea is neither responsible nor guarantees the quality of the goods/ services being offered as prizes nor is liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed, by the subscribers under this Offer. Travel Port is also not liable for any defect/ deficiency in the prize(s) so offered or availed, by the subscribers under this Offer
	The prize(s) under the Offer is neither assignable nor transferable under any circumstances. All the prizes shall be subject to such other terms and conditions as may be applicable to specific prizes and shall have to be duly complied with by the winner
	The prize(s) to the winner shall be given subject to compliance with all applicable statutory legislations/ processes /formalities in connection with the prize(s) and on production all such documents/papers as required by Idea/ Vendor before accepting the delivery of the prize. Any failure on the part of the winner to comply with directions issued by Idea/ Vendor for claim of prize shall entitle Idea/ Vendor to forfeit the prize(s)
	In case the Prize is not available, any gift of equivalent value will be given by Idea / Travel Port. If the prize is not available or if it is difficult to deliver the prize to any location of the Consumer or for any such reasonable cause at the sole discretion of Vendor, the price can be given in cash or cash equivalent. In case of cash prize the distribution of cash prize can be through account transfer, Cheque or Money Order or such other mode as may be prescribed by Vendor
	There shall be no roll-over of prizes in case the winner/s is/are ineligible. A subscriber shall be Considered ineligible if he/she does not confirm to the conditions as stipulated in clause 2 or cannot provide the required documents stipulated in clause 17 herein below
	All incidental costs/taxes/levies related to the prize(s) shall be exclusively borne by the subscriber including but not limited to TDS, Gift tax (if any), Road Tax, Insurance and any other taxes applicable by the government Central, State or Municipal
	For all the Prizes: The subscriber must produce all necessary Reward documents, includingpassport and Visa, within 3 days of receiving intimation in order to be eligible for attending the IDEA CUP 2010 matches. The complete responsibility for getting the Passport and the VISA including the expenses lies solely on the winner and Idea/ Travel Port will not be accountable for delays or failure in this regard. Incase, the winner is unable to produce these documents, then the winners shall only be eligible to win the tour
	Idea may to its best ability inform the winners by calling them on their Mobile or Telephone Numbers. All prizes must be claimed by the winners, along with the documents specified herein below at the venue of the event. The documents required to be submitted along with the claim by the winner include the following (the document list is only inclusive and not exhaustive and can change as per the requirements of Law): Identity Proof Address Proof Proof of holding the Idea telephone connection PAN Card and Letter of Compliance with rules and regulations and declarations in the format as may be required by Idea or vendor etc. Letter of acceptance of prize after agreeing to pay TDS (currently equal to 30.9%) where applicable, and any other applicable taxes. A DD equivalent to the amount of TDS or all other taxes applicable shall be drawn in favor of a person or entity or firm as may be communicated by Idea or vendor to the winner(s). Valid Passport & Visa of Winner and Companion (applicable for first/second/third prize)
	Idea shall, to the best of its ability, shall try to contact the winner(s). In the event the subscriber cannot be reached or the subscriber does not claim the prize as stipulated in these terms and conditions, then Idea/vendor reserves the right to forfeit the prize after a grace period of 2 days after the publishing of the winners list as mentioned herein below
	The winners list shall be published at http://ideacellular.com. The subscriber(s) can log into the aforementioned address and submit the mobile number with which the subscriber participated in the offer to check if He/She has been selected as a winner of any of the prizes of this Promotion offer
	The employees of Idea & Vendors and their group companies, affiliate or associate companies shall not be eligible to participate in this Promotion offer
	The Subscriber hereby agrees and undertakes not to hold Idea/ Vendor and/or or any of their group entities or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that the Subscriber may/might have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claims to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and /or on account of the present Promotion offer
	Idea/Vendor shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal loss or injury that may be suffered (including loss of life), to a Subscriber and/or any third party, directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of the prize
	The prize or its equivalent shall be handed over by Vendor on receipt of all the documents, from the winner, required to process the distribution of the prize
	This Promotion offer cannot be used in conjunction with any alternative offer or promotion
	This Promotion offer is subject to force majeure circumstances i.e. Act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Idea/ Travel Port
	The terms and conditions stated herein shall not override the terms and conditions of the Subscriber Enrolment Form
	The Promotion offer is valid subject to compliance with all formalities as required by Idea/ Travel Port. Any failure on the part of the subscriber to comply with the specified formalities shall disqualify the subscriber
	This Promotion offer is subject to guidelines/ directions issued by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India or any other statutory authority from time to time
	The decision of Idea and Travel Port in respect of all transactions under this offer shall be final and binding
	Neither Idea nor Travel Port shall be responsible for any claims arising out of technical failures before or during or after the completion of the Promotion offer including but not limited to any technical failures in the telephone lines, failure of servers or the failure to provide the correct Promotion offer score updates or any mistakes arising out of technical snags. Further, Vendor or Idea shall not be responsible for any claims arising out of any failure(s) which are beyond the reasonable control of vendor or Idea
	Subscriber hereby agrees and undertakes not to hold Idea/ vendor and/or or any of their group entities or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses, either direct or remote that you may/might have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claims to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and /or on account of the present Promotion offer
	Idea/Travel Port or any of their group entities or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representative, shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal loss or injury that may be suffered (including loss of life), to a participant and/or any third party, directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of the prize
	Idea and vendor reserve the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this offer/contest or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria, the Terms & Conditions and prizes at their sole discretion at anytime during it’s validity as may be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes by regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and the same shall be binding on the subscriber
	The Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai
