Spice Digital Ltd (earlier known as Cellebrum Technologies Ltd) offers “CONTEST ZONE “subject to the following Terms and Conditions below (hereinafter referred as "Terms")

Contest Zone

¹The subscriber, the rightful user of the connection, is a person in whose name the mobile phone number is registered, or the employee, who is the user of the phone, if the phone is registered in the name of a company, provided that company issues a letter stating that the employee has been allotted the specific phone number.

By participating in the Contest, you indicate your acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1. The contest is month on month activity and will be opened from 9th of every month and will continue to 30 days. And same will be evolved every month with new gratifications.
2. On the very first day of the new contest existing participant will be prompted to discontinuing from  the new contest , if customer doesn’t give their consent to discontinue from contest, the same will be  taken forward in the new contest and will be billed accordingly. This applies on every contest on month on month basis to prepaid ands postpaid users. Below are the charges for the contest
   • Prepaid users: RS 3/day
   • Postpaid Users: Rs 50/month
3. The Offer is open for participation only for the existing active pre-paid as well as post-paid subscribers of IDEA Cellular Limited in Karnataka Telecom Circle. The Offer is not applicable to Roaming Subscriber/s* (Subscriber/s who are visiting Karnataka Telecom Circle from other Telecom Circles and Idea subscribers belong to Karnataka Telecom Circle who are in roaming in other Telecom Circle.
4. This contest is valid for all active Prepaid and Postpaid Idea Subscribers who fulfill the following criteria:
   • Subscriber must be above 18 years of age.
   • Subscriber must be a citizen of India.
   • Subscriber must not be convicted and/or prosecuted for the commission of any criminal offence.
   • Subscriber must not be under any legal disability.
5. Further, the winner will be the subscriber of the winning mobile phone number and not the player, if such player is not the subscriber of such mobile number, as set out above. If the winner is not able to provide sufficient evidence to show that he/she is the subscriber of the mobile number, Idea reserves the right to award the prize to the next eligible winner or to forfeit the prize, at its sole discretion.

The subscribers can subscribe to the Contest by:

• SMS the keyword PLAY to 50789 or dial *50789*1#.
• Once participate/User send the SMS or dials *50789*1#. to play the contest. Rs.3/- shall be deducted as subscription charges every day from his/her prepaid account (irrespective of the participation by the participant) &  postpaid will be billed Rs 50/Month till the end of the contest or till the participant has to unsubscribe/ withdrawn (personally) from the contest by sending SMS Unreg PLAY to 50789 or dials *50789*5# (toll free).
• On subscribing through any of the above mentioned modes, the subscriber will receive an acknowledgement SMS telling him/her that his/her subscription request has been accepted and is being processed.
• Once the participant sends in a subscription request through any of the above mentioned modes, he/she will receive 1st question and answering to the question is not chargeable. Participant will get 3 questions per day. On answering the 1st question 2nd question will be pushed automatically and so on till 3rd question of day is not answered. In case the participant starts playing immediately after sending the subscription request, but the subscription fails due to any reason, he/she will then be stopped from playing the contest any further.
• On answering all the 3 questions of the day user will be informed Via sms that “ 2nd level questions will be pushed tomorrow”
• The participant will score one (1) points for every correct answer but will score zero (0) points for every wrong answer. There is no negative marking. 
• The participant can pull the score just by sending sms “score to 50789” (tollfree)
• List of winners (along with scores) shall be notified/published onhttp://www.ideacellular.com/ within 14 days from the end of contest. In the event of any delay in declaring/publishing the list of winners by the Vendor, which are beyond the control of the Vendor, the same shall be notified on the website. IDEA/Vendor shall not be liable in any manner what so ever for such delay.

The winner selection for the contest would be done within 14 days from the closure of the contest. The Top 3 scorers of the contest shall be considered as the Winners of the Contest provided they fulfill all the eligibility criteria set for the contest.

• The winners of all the above mentioned prizes will be contacted after the end of the contest and given further details as to how, when and where they can redeem their respective prizes. The prizes must be claimed by the winners within one month of the date of intimation, failing which, the prize will be forfeited. In the event that any of the winners cannot be reached or are ineligible or are disqualified, for any reason whatsoever, the organizers reserve the right to forfeit the prize or roll the prize over to the next eligible winner, at their sole discretion.
• This Offer is being made purely on a "best effort" basis and participation of eligible subscribers is voluntary, and subject to acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• By entering the contest, you confirm and waive the applicability of rules and regulations of the National Do Not Call Registry and you agree to receive promotional messages from Idea/organizers, as they may in their sole and absolute discretion decide.
• Idea/Organizers are neither responsible nor guarantees the quality of the goods/ services being offered as prizes nor is it liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed, by the subscribers under this Offer.
• The prize(s) under the Offer is neither assignable nor transferable under any circumstances. All the prizes shall be subject to such other terms and conditions as may be applicable to specific prizes and shall have to be duly complied with by the winner.
• All prizes must be claimed by the winner, along with the documents specified herein below. The documents required to be submitted along with the claim by the winner include the following (the document list is only inclusive and not exhaustive and can change as per the requirements of Law):
• Identity Proof
• Address Proof
• Proof of holding the Idea telephone connection
• Letter of Compliance with rules and regulations and declarations in the format as may be required by Idea etc.
• Any prize of value in excess of INR Rs. 5,000/- will attract deduction of tax at source and all taxes to be paid on the prize/s shall be paid by the winner on the prevailing rate.
• The employees of Idea / Organizer and their group companies, affiliate or associate companies shall not be eligible to participate in this Offer.
• The Prizes shall be handed over by Idea/Organizer on receipt of all the documents, from the winner, required to process the distribution of the Prize.
• The decision of Idea and Organizer in respect of all transactions under this offer shall be final and binding.
• Neither Idea nor Organizer shall be responsible for any claims arising out of technical failures before, during or after the completion of the Contest including but not limited to any technical failures in the telephone lines, failure of servers or the failure to provide the correct Contest score updates or any mistakes arising out of technical snags.
• The employees of IDEA /Vendor or of their group companies, affiliate or associate companies shall not be eligible to participate in this Offer.
• Questions and their answers, designed by Vendor, are as per their best knowledge and information available and have been collected and framed with reasonable prudence. In case there is any discrepancy / dispute regarding the questions or answers, neither Idea Cellular Limited/ nor the vendor shall have any liability towards any participants.
• The present offer is organized and administered by Vendor.
• The Terms and Conditions are subject to Laws of India and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Bangalore
• The Terms and Conditions "Contest Zone" are supplementary to the prior agreements made between IDEA and the Vendor. In the event of any conflict between the aforesaid terms and conditions and prior agreements made between IDEA and the Vendor, the stringent of terms and conditions/clauses in favor of IDEA shall prevail.
